Identify some moments in your life when you thought something was going to happen, but something else happened that was unexpected. At times we deal with these events well and at other times perhaps not so well. How did you respond “in the moment” to these experiences? What do these responses tell you about yourself and your potential abilities as a facilitator? 3. Process often appears to be chaotic but does have an internal organization.
