Whether they believe that low-level hazing has a team-building aspect (this is not my position, though I do believe that the threshold of what is considered hazing is a moving target that sometimes lassoes benign acts that I would not consider hazing) or are adamantly opposed to it, coaches must be mindful that their livelihood could rest on the shoulders (and actions) of their players.
